Where We Ship

Natureworks ships to the continental United States only (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available for $6.99 on all orders under 4 lbs. For each additional 5–10 lbs, an additional $5.00–10.00 is added to the total shipping cost.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we process and ship within 3–5 business days following credit authorization and verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery from the date your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order. Natureworks is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to errors in manual input.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. When placing an order, please ensure your billing address and contact information match what appears on your credit statement.
